Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Mrs. Sambedna Jain has been appointed as a Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company and also designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f January 22, 2024.
